Pedron Caffè

The artisanal roastery Pedron Caffè was established in Padua in 2004, born from the 20 years of experience of Massimo Pedron, its founder, who ventured into hospitality industry in the 1960s.

Over his years of training, he experimented with different coffee suppliers, machines, and grinders, eventually realizing that exploring and understanding the world of coffee was no longer just a job for him but a true passion.

After opening dozens of cafes, in 1992, Massimo Pedron decided to start selling roasted coffee, achieving great success. It took another 10 years of continuous research and hard work to establish his own roasting company, thus bringing Pedron Caffè to life, a dream come true.
